* -An external firewall is not recommended for Windows XP users unless you disable the built-in firewall in Windows to avoid possible conflicts. Neither install more than one external firewall in the same computer or serious problems may occur.
* -More than one anti-spyware can be used in the same computer and they are considered as an important complement to your anti-virus and firewall.
* -A system monitor will advise you of any application, including spyware, malware, virus, trojan, etc. that pretends to modify any part of your Windows' registry. In most cases you must accept or denied every request, even those of good programs that you are installing. Its use can be a little bothersome, but it's an assurance that  nothing will be installed without your knowledge.

Take notice that if you receive an e-mail with our address and a virus is present,
IT WAS NOT SENT BY US!!! Someone has an infected computer with our e-mail in his Address Book and it's mailed by his machine using us as the fake sender.
